PAYMENT OPTIONS

· We believe everyone deserves to feel good and try to keep our care affordable.

· We accept most private and group insurance. You simply pay the lower of our cash price or your copay at the time of the visit. For companies that have a different copay for specialists, insurance companies apply the specialist fee to chiropractic.

· This office participates with Medicare and TennCare. Please note that TennCare only covers chiropractic for children up to age 18.

· Cash plans, monthly plans and family plans are available. The cash price for a standard visit is $35.

· We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as all bank/check cards and Health Savings Account cards.

· Your check is always welcome. Please note that if your check is returned NonSufficient Funds, our bank will charge us a fee that we will have to pass on to you.

· All supplies are payable upon receipt.
